Thanks to your help, the rehabilitation centre has received a kinesotherapy machine!

Thanks to your donations, the KDL Foundation purchased a kinesotherapy machine for the rehabilitation centre. The machine plays a very important role in holistic rehabilitation. Exercises performed on the kinesotherapy simulator are aimed at restoration and compensation of functions impaired as a result of illness or injury, prevention of complications, relapse of the disease, development of skills of self-care and work. Studies have also shown that comprehensive therapy using rehabilitation simulators for children with cerebral palsy can significantly improve the quality of life of young patients. As a result of exercising on the simulator, children with disabilities tend to increase joint mobility, reduce abnormal muscle tone and regain the ability to stand upright. The children may have less restriction in movement and play activities and improve their self-care skills. Thank you to everyone who took part in the camp!
