Muhammad is the youngest, the fifth child in the family. He is four years old.
He has been in need of medical and rehabilitative help since birth. He has Down's syndrome, delayed mental and speech development, chest deformity and hip dysplasia.
Muhammad is surrounded by the love and care of his mother and older siblings. Understanding that little brother needs special attention, the older children try not to leave him alone. They make up games in which the boy can participate, draw together, take him for walks.
The children's father died last year and their mother raises them alone. The only income they have is from child benefits. The family has no money to pay for the upcoming rehabilitation course, which is very important for the child.
