Arina is 21 years old, she has cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease characterized by damage to the external secretion glands and severe respiratory dysfunction.
When the girl was very young, she developed a severe form of pneumonia. Then the family lived in Kyrgyzstan. During treatment, she was found to have a heart defect. She later underwent heart surgery. But the breathing problems didn't go away. When Arina was three years old, she went to Russia for examination and treatment. Here Arina was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.
Previously, the only hope was a lung transplant, this could save Arina's life. But the girl was not suitable for the operation because she was underweight. And no matter how hard she tried to do it, it didn't work.
