Yasmina was born in December 2021, a little ahead of time and immediately found herself in intensive care. The girl spent almost two months alone in a special box, where she went through a series of examinations. The primary diagnosis is liver fibrosis. The parents understood that most likely they would need a liver transplant operation. Their fears were confirmed, on October 5, 2022, the girl had a liver transplant, and her father became a donor. The baby was recovering for a long time, and only in November Yasmina and her parents went home.
Such an operation is only the first step on the way to a long, healthy life. In the first months after transplantation, it is necessary to regularly come for control examinations so that the attending physician can track the condition of the child and the transplanted organ, as well as adjust drug therapy. The examinations themselves are free, but it is difficult for the family to pay for permanent travel and accommodation.
Now the girl feels well. Yasmina has learned to hold a bottle in her hands on her own, to crawl, and in general she is very actively exploring this world. Help Yasmina and her mother arrive in time from Bugulma to Moscow for an important examination.
Здоровья малышке 🙏
