Three months after birth, Arina's parents noticed that the child was not following objects and immediately went to the doctor. After examination, the baby was diagnosed with optic atrophy of unknown origin. Arina was also genetically tested for Amaurosis Leber - a hereditary disease characterized by congenital damage of photosensitive cells of the retina. The result of the test was positive.

At the moment Arina needs a course of rehabilitation procedures, because if the stimulation of optic nerve is constantly carried out, the child will see.
