Barsbeck has retinopathy. This eye disease requires constant monitoring and periodic surgeries.

Recently, Barsbek has undergone two eye surgeries alternately, with an interval of a year.

Barsbek's attending physician at LOGBUZ, a children's hospital in St. Petersburg, notes positive dynamics after operations and an improvement in the boy's general condition. However, systematic examinations remain a necessary preventive measure in order not to miss the moment of possible vision deterioration.

The surgical intervention relieved the child of pain in the eyes and periodic inflammatory processes.
