Sergei has blood cancer. He needs a special medicine to beat the disease

Sergei worked in a clothing warehouse and hauled heavy sacks. One day he noticed that he had no strength at all. He had shortness of breath and weakness and could not even walk up the stairs. Sergei underwent tests and heard the diagnosis - blood cancer, acute myeloid leukemia.

After courses of chemotherapy, he developed bilateral pneumonia. Sergei was feverish, his temperature would not go down. The doctors found an infectious agent and realized that Sergei had fungal pneumonia. There was no medicine that could kill the fungus in the hospital.

Sergei had to buy an imported drug himself as soon as possible. He is scheduled for a bone marrow transplant in two weeks. This operation is his only chance of recovery. The procedure must not be postponed. He has to get better, because his wife and two daughters are waiting for him at home.

The medicine costs a lot of money, which Sergejs will not be able to find.
