Amantai was born at 28 weeks, the first 28 days of his life the baby was in the NICU. At 2 months he was diagnosed with retinopathy of prematurity. The baby was operated on the retina of both eyes in Saint Petersburg. The results are good, but Amantai needs a second surgery to achieve the best results.
He can walk, he recognizes his relatives' voices and understands when they are spoken to. He also likes to walk and play with toys. His favorite toy is a teddy deer, which he will not part with.
Unfortunately, Amantai's family cannot afford to pay for the surgery, because the previous surgeries greatly affected the family budget, his mother does not work, and his father's salary is not enough to cover all costs of treatment of the baby.
