Thanks to your help, Denis went through rehab!

Denis is recovering from a serious cancer disease. The schedule at the center is tight: physical therapy, physiotherapy, massage, classes with an occupational therapist, and a swimming pool.

There are wonderful specialists in the rehabilitation center; they try to make the course not only useful, but also interesting, so that children would forget about their pain and difficulties. For several hours Denis turned into a chef. He baked a delicious cake and kneaded the dough himself. And most importantly, he did it all with his right hand, slowly regaining the skills he had lost. He learned to hold an adaptive glass and drink from it.

Thanks to intensive sessions with an instructor of physical therapy, Denis's walking has improved. He can go up and down 20 stairs on his own.

"Some of the classes are such a stretch that I can see tears in my son's eyes. We both understand that we have to go through this to recover, to get good results.
