Thanks to your support, Hamzat has had another rehabilitation course!

Hamzat was born much prematurely. He spent the first three weeks of his life on ventilator, then spent a month in the intensive care unit. By the age of two, the boy was diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Now Hamzat is six years old. After several courses of rehabilitation, Hamzat now has eye contact and index gesture. His speech understanding has improved. He can speak in short phrases. Hamzat's visual skills have improved; he is now able to generalize objects by colours and shapes. He is good at linking cards by associative links in up to 6 pairs. He can perform two-part instructions (do this and do that). With the sports instructor, the boy has learned to hold his balance, run, and overcome obstacles. We are very grateful to everyone who took part in the fundraising for Hamzat!
