Pythagoras ended up in the shelter of the NIKA Foundation in 2021 under the trapping program. We developed resistance and realized that the tail had "feline immunodeficiency virus" or FIV. The disease is safe for people and does not interfere with Pythagoras in any way. He needs a little more attention to health, but the main thing is the warmth of hand products, a kind word, good food and a warm bed. A thoroughbred cat was once bought to be touched by tiny ears ... And then suddenly he was on the street: old, useless, unable to get his own food. Of course, we are very sorry for the boy, because he is a very gentle, calm, wise cat. Due to his age and illness, Pythagoras will most likely live out his life in an orphanage. And we have many such animals. Some of them could no longer survive on the street due to their age, and we took them to the shelter at the request of trapping, some became old and unnecessary to man. We really want such elderly animals to be happy in the shelter. Of course, this is not the same as owning a house. But at least they are warm and well fed. Due to their age, older pets often need a special wet food that aids digestion and is also suitable for pets with age-related dental problems. The Nika Foundation is raising funds for the purchase of 120 cans of wet food, which will provide a full month for the elderly animals in the shelter. Share your care for them with us!
