Maryam is 4 years old. At 3 months, signs of hypoxic central nervous system damage, hydrocephalus, atonic-astatic syndrome were revealed. The girl was observed by a neurologist, and since the age of 3 she has been observed by a psychiatrist and is registered.

Maryam does not come into contact with children, does not react to his name, understands the addressed speech partially and does not speak. Self-service skills are not formed, most of the time is occupied by stereotypical actions (aimlessly running around the room, jumping on the bed, lining up toys, sorting small glass balls, etc.).

Maryam needs an intensive rehabilitation course, which includes classes with a behavioral analyst and an adaptive physical culture coach, a speech therapist, a sensory integration specialist and a defectologist.
