Herman spent the first 7 years of his life in an orphanage. In the foster family the boy was always a restless child, but in the last months a real crisis began: Herman refused to go to school, withdrew into himself and started to perceive everyone as enemies.

Experts from our foundation found out that at the orphanage the boy was regularly beaten by older children and food was taken away from him. The child survived episodes of sexual abuse. Herman managed to survive in such conditions, but even years later, the experience makes itself felt. The task of the specialist is to create distance in relation to the experience, it will help to leave the trauma of the orphanage in the past.

There are more than 100 families who are raising foster children with similar problems. In order to help foster families on a regular basis for two months, we need to raise 900,000 rubles.
