People without a home, documents and registration often cannot receive medical care, are forced to endure pain and, at times, die from diseases that can be cured and prevented.
Three years ago, the Charitable Hospital and Kinonia Club launched the Mobile Clinic project. Six days a week, in a converted medical van, doctors, social workers and volunteers travel to the streets of St. Petersburg and provide assistance to people in need: the homeless, the poor and the elderly. We bandage wounds and issue glasses and medicines, treat exacerbations of chronic diseases, vaccinate and test our patients for socially significant infections. We also help to restore documents, get a job in a shelter and even return their own lost housing.
In order for the project to continue to provide uninterrupted assistance to people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and who are unable to receive qualified medical care on their own, it needs funds for bandages, medicines, tests for dangerous infections, as well as funds for the salaries of the doctors themselves and the coordinators of the Mobile Clinic.
Support the project with us, because every "person should not be cold, hungry and sick"!
Да облегчит вам Всевышний Господь.
