Thanks to your support, we have purchased gravel for the walking areas at the "Nika" foundation shelter!

During the work of the "Wet Nose" center, thanks to kind people, we have done a lot: there are 4 heated enclosures and a veterinary clinic with an operating room, a separate house for cats, a small hostel for staff on the territory. About 500 dogs and 50 cats live in the center at a time, usually picked up on the street.

Some animals quickly find a home, while others wait for years. Keeping so many animals is not easy. One of the important parts of the life of cats and dogs is walking. Walking takes place on special walking grounds.

For many years now, the shelter's employees have been getting more work during the transitional seasons - in spring and autumn. Due to the large amount of water, the sites are washed away, because of puddles and mud, animals constantly have to be washed.

Recently, we were suggested a fairly simple way to fix this - to fill the sites with pebbles. Now we are collecting 3000 kg of pebbles, which will facilitate the work of our employees for many years and make walking animals simple and enjoyable!
