Thanks to your help, Denis has been rehabilitated!

Denis is six years old. He has delayed psycho-verbal development with autistic features. The boy does not speak, understands speech selectively, and has no self-care skills.

Thanks to the help of donors, Deni underwent a course of rehabilitation therapy. During the course, the child was engaged in an individually selected programme. He was taught by specialists in behavioural analysis, adaptive physical education and sensory integration. The teachers helped to adapt the child's body and brain capabilities to a wide range of motor tasks. They also helped develop the child's existing skills and acquire new ones.

The classes used complex multi-joint movements, mainly in the form of acrobatic exercises, coordination and balance exercises. Such exercises maximally mobilise the cerebral cortex, stimulating its development.
