The Foundation purchased drugs to protect animals from ticks in the summer season!

The Nika Foundation again needs drugs to protect animals from ticks in the summer season! This time we are raising funds for 33 packages of Fiprist, which will protect 100 animals from possible piroplasmosis. Piroplasmosis develops when an animal is bitten by an ixodid tick. The disease is severe and, if left untreated, can result in the death of the animal. Therefore, in order to prevent cases of infection and to live safely in a shelter outside the city, during the summer period, tick treatments are vital for animals. Protecting animals is quite simple - it is necessary to carry out treatment with special preparations in time. The Nika Foundation is collecting drops that will protect 100 orphanages and make their summer safe!
