Every day, the NIKA Foundation is asked to help injured homeless animals, the treatment of which must be carried out in a hospital at a veterinary clinic. Also, animals fall under the trapping program. Most of them need treatment before looking for a home. The most frequent cases are problems with the digestive system and various injuries received in connection with the difficult life on the street. Our paramedics usually examine the animal and treat the wounds with antiseptic agents. If the animal is severely dehydrated, a dropper is made and a special diet is prescribed. Therefore, the shelter always needs preparations for digestion, catheters and various antiseptics for animals. Now we are raising funds for these consumables, which will last for 1-2 months of work!
