Umar is a wonderful smiling boy. He is eight years old. The boy has cerebral palsy, delayed speech development and valgus feet. The baby spent the first two months of his life in intensive care. The trauma received during childbirth, and subsequently the convulsions that joined, led to this. Then for two years every two months the boy was treated in a hospital in the city of Rostov-on-Don. Timely treatment and properly selected therapy gave good results. The boy had convulsions and his general condition improved. At the age of two, the parents took the boy to a specialized center in Moscow. In which the child underwent a course of complex medical rehabilitation, which includes such classes as: massage, physiotherapy exercises, reflexology and classes with a speech pathologist-defectologist. After the course, the child had a positive dynamics in development. Umar can walk with support, walks independently on high knees. Speech improved, new words appeared. To consolidate the acquired skills and further development, doctors recommend regular rehabilitation courses.
