Chinara was recommended heart surgery since childhood, but her parents refused for social reasons. In addition to the heart defect, Chinara has many comorbidities. After the end of the fundraising, Chinara was unable to see doctors in time due to family circumstances. After some time, Chinara's condition worsened and surgery became contraindicated due to the severity of her condition. Chinara was recommended medication therapy and in October she underwent a course of treatment, after which her condition improved and the signs of heart failure decreased. The remaining money was used to pay for Baatyrbek's emergency surgery. Baatyrbek is in hospital in a serious condition and needs an urgent operation to replace his heart valve. Baatyrbek is disabled since childhood, for health reasons he has no family, does not work and lives in the village. Since 2014 his condition has deteriorated dramatically and now he has very severe swelling in his lower limbs, heaviness and pain in the right side of his body, malaise.
