Muhammad has been battling a serious bone marrow disease for five years. He has "Chronic Acquired Pure Pure Red Cell Aplasia".
In this disease, bone marrow transplant is considered to be the most effective treatment. But the baby's body took the transplant very hard. Three times gave a reaction called "graft versus host". This is a complication that develops when the transplanted material begins to attack the recipient's body. Each reaction was followed by prolonged treatment for 3 to 6 months.
Thanks to the help of donors, Muhammad travelled to Moscow for another examination and treatment. From the funds raised, the Foundation paid for Muhammad and his mother's travelling expenses, accommodation for the duration of treatment, food and other expenses. The child was examined and treated under the OMC.
Thank you to everyone who took part in this collection. May goodness be returned to you with health, well-being, generous, helping hands in the right hour.
