Thanks to the help of donors, Makka received a bicycle!

Makka is 11 years old. The girl has cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis. Almost from birth, her parents have been treating their daughter. Makka began to speak separate syllables only by the age of six. A little later she learnt to crawl and stand on her knees. Each course of rehabilitation gives positive results. Makka can now take five or six steps on her own.

On the recommendation of the rehabilitation doctor, Makka needs to buy a bicycle. For children with cerebral palsy, special bicycles allow them to develop their motor skills and recover faster, help strengthen muscles and develop joints, improve the work of internal organs through active movement.

It is difficult to overestimate the positive effect of cycling on people with health problems and in emotional terms. A child on a bicycle feels complete. He is not deprived of the opportunity to ride around the yard on a bike like other children. He gets positive emotions, which are good for his health and the rehabilitation process!
