Five-year-old Arslan Zhunusov has epilepsy, as doctors assume, it has genetic etiology. To establish the right diagnosis and to select the treatment, doctors recommend to take a genetic analysis - the whole-genome sequencing. Unfortunately, the analysis is expensive. Mother brings Arslan alone up, and she can't afford to pay the bill.
The first signs of illness began at 4 months, the child did not hold his head well. At 9 months he didn’t sit, the neurologist was observing Arslan from 6 months. At 1.5 years Arslan started to go, but also started having epileptic seizures, which were neutralized by medicines.
At the moment Arslan walks, goes upstairs and downstairs with support, but he develops very slowly. The reason is also in epileptic strong drugs.
Arslan likes walking, playing with cars, music toys. He is a very positive child; he is always in a good mood.
It is very important to establish the right diagnosis, to correct the treatment and to choose the right pedagogical program to provide Arslan with the right vector of development.
