Sulumbek is 7 years old. He has a twin brother. The boys were born much earlier than the due date, which had a very negative impact on their health. Due to respiratory failure, Sulumbek spent the first month and a half of his life in intensive care. Later doctors diagnosed hyperkinetic form of cerebral palsy.
This form of cerebral palsy is characterised by muscle tone disorder, which manifests itself in involuntary movements. In turn, this leads to difficulties in mastering such elementary skills as sitting, crawling and speech.
Thanks to numerous rehabilitation and treatment courses, Sulumbek's condition has significantly improved. Now the boy needs to go to a Moscow clinic for another examination and treatment.
