Nikita was born prematurely - at 8 months. And when Nikita was 11 months old, doctors diagnosed him with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis. The family immediately began to recover Nikita’s health. Classes with specialists gave excellent results - at first Nikita moved with the help of a walker and now he can walk independently, relying on a cane. When the boy was 6 years old, his mom died because of a brain tumor and 2 years ago one more tragedy came to Nikita’s house - the boy lost his dad. Nikita was taken under guardianship by his grandmother. Now Nikita is already 16 years old. He is grandma's pride and joy. The young man studies well in a specialized school and after classes he enjoys attending balalaika lessons. To strengthen the leg muscles and improve coordination, the boy needs a special treadmill. The grandmother loves her grandson very much and only wants Nikita to become stronger and adapted for independent life.
