Muhammad-Ali is only six years old, this year he went to a preparatory class, he loves to study and draw. He is also very fond of football, but for health reasons he cannot afford to play and run, as he tires quickly with little physical activity and suffers from shortness of breath.
He was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect at the age of three months and now he needs an operation to correct the congenital defect. Since birth, he has often been bothered by shortness of breath, weakness, palpitations and frequent colds.
Muhammad-Ali is the eldest son in the young family, after him there is another two-year-old son. The young family lives in a rented flat, and for a low-income family the amount for the operation is very expensive.
