Svyatoslav was diagnosed with a central nervous system (CNS) defect at birth, and now the boy has coordination development disorder, general developmental delay, and dysarthria.
Despite his health problems, the boy is making great progress: he has learned to read and write. The boy tries very hard to learn everything by himself.
Svyatoslav grows under the care of his grandfather, who devotes a lot of time to his treatment and development.
The grandfather uses every opportunity to help his grandson. He actively participates in rehabilitation classes, which help Svyatoslav to overcome his difficulties.
After each course of classes, there is a positive dynamics in his development. However, regular rehabilitation is necessary to consolidate the achieved results and make new progress.
Now Slava has a broken gait, general motor awkwardness, he cannot jump on one or both legs, his fine motor skills are poorly developed. But the boy really wants to jump and run like his peers and also wants to learn to fasten buttons and tie shoelaces to please his grandfather with his skills!
