Bella's homeless puppy had surgery!

Bella has a congenital condition where the ureters are misaligned, not flowing into the bladder but opening directly onto the skin. The puppy has uncontrollable urine leakage, mucous membranes on the skin, urinary infection, kidney and bladder complications. There is only one way to cure this pathology – surgical. She was found by a volunteer with 4 other puppies on the side of the road near the railroad crossing a month ago. All the puppies were taken from the street and sent home to new families, but Bella has health problems.
