Thanks to your help, Maryam learned to walk on a cane!

Maryam, together with her adoptive mother, has been fighting for her health for many years. The girl has cerebral palsy and many related diagnoses. Maryam undergoes regular rehabilitation courses to use a wheelchair as little as possible. In the past she needed help from others even in the simplest movements. Now Maryam feels strong and can move around for a short time without a stroller; she has been walking on her own for longer, just holding her mother’s hand. Maryam does adaptive sports and gymnastics and goes swimming. Thanks to the rehabilitation, the girl can take 20 steps without support! This is great progress and it gives hope for further improvement. Already in March, the girl needs to go to rehabilitation in order to gain more confidence in herself and her abilities. For the family, the cost of the course is very high, and the adoptive mother cannot pay for it. Let's together help Maryam feel more freedom in movement!
