Samir successfully received a cochlear implant in his second ear

Thanks to your participation, dear tubers, Samir hears the world around. This is a great joy for the boy and his family.

This opportunity appeared after the operation in June. It was not possible to help Samir hear in other ways. He has congenital sensorineural hearing loss. He had the potential to catch sounds and recognize speech. Special examinations confirmed this. The operation was successful, Samir recovered quickly.

Specialists adjusted the implant so that Samir could comfortably recognize sounds with it. Now he hears the voices of his mother, father and younger sister.

The boy can study in a regular school, play sports and do many other useful things that were not available to him.

He hears the noise of the city, the sound of approaching transport. This makes the child's life safer and more independent.
