«Oh yes, recyclables!» is an environmental and educational project «Garbage.More.No», the main theme of which is waste and its recycling.
5 eco-lessons were held in educational institutions of Rostov-on-Don.
Their listeners were:
students 1 "D", 2 "B", 4 "I" MAOU "Lyceum No. 11" (3 eco-lessons),
pupils of the State Educational Institution RO Rostov Special Boarding School No. 48 (2 eco-lessons)
2nd grade students of MBOU "SCHOOL No. 80" (1 eco-lesson)
2 more eco-lessons were held for students of MBOU Gymnasium No. 21 in Bataysk (Rostov region).
The children listened to the eco-speaker very carefully and with genuine interest and completed the assigned tasks.
Why do children love eco-lessons from «Garbage.More.No»?
Because eco-lessons involve a game format, rather than boring lectures. The children are actively involved in the process and learn new information in an accessible form.
What did the children from Rostov-on-Don learn during eco-lessons?
The children learned:
- about the waste problem,
- about separate collection of recyclables and waste recycling as a solution,
- about ways to reduce waste that they can use in their daily lives, making this world a cleaner place.
After eco-lessons, the children thought about how much garbage each of them produces, where it ends up after the trash can, and what happens to it in landfills. According to the reviews of the children and the organizer, it was fun, useful and environmentally friendly!
