Aggression often shows up in the behavior of foster children even in new loving families, because this defense mechanism could be the only way to stand up for themselves and survive in an orphanage.

During group sessions with a psychologist, adopted children learn to recognize and control their emotions. Children master new skills of expressing feelings not by force, but through talking.

Thanks to your help, 10 sessions were held, in which children learned to resolve conflicts and defend their position calmly and effectively.

Children in foster families need help from a psychologist to get their aggression under control

Aggression often interferes with the lives of children who were abandoned by their parents. This feeling accompanies adopted children as a defense mechanism, because aggressive behavior is often the only way to fend for oneself and survive in an orphanage.

After such experiences, children often experience violent outbursts in stressful situations, even when living in loving foster homes. Children cannot control their emotions; fights with peers and even with parents are common.

In group classes with a foundation psychologist, adopted children learn to recognize their emotions, control aggression, and learn exercises that help them calm down. Children learn new skills of expressing feelings not by force, but by talking. Let's help children learn safe communication and control aggression!
