Mustafa has undergone a chemotherapy course

Mustafa recently turned 2 years old. Before his illness, he was a very active and curious child who was interested in everything. The boy really enjoyed playing with his older brother, but, unfortunately, they had to part for a while. Mustafa is currently in the hospital, where he is undergoing difficult treatment. In August of 2023, the boy's health began to deteriorate rapidly, and he also experienced a regression of acquired skills – he gradually stopped getting up on his feet, walking, and talking. In addition, Mustafa began to develop strabismus, and he began to experience frequent vomiting attacks. With the help of conducted examinations, doctors diagnosed the child with a brain tumor. From that moment on, Mustafa and his family began their journey of fighting the disease. The child underwent surgery to remove the tumor and install an Ommaya reservoir, which allows medication to be injected directly into the ventricles of the patient's brain, as well as chemotherapy. At the moment, treatment is ongoing – Mustafa needs a new course of chemotherapy, for which his family needs our support. The Foundation helps 12 wards in this area every month.
