Umar is 15 years old. He has cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
In 2016, Umar had his first epilepsy attack. Since then, the seizures have become regular (up to 20 times a day) and painful. During one of the seizures, Umar fell from his height and broke his thoracic vertebrae. After that he was taken to a traumatology center, where he spent a long time in a horizontal position. We helped the boy by paying for a number of high-tech examinations and a rigid thoracolumbar brace.
In February of this year, after analyzing the conducted research, doctors from St. Petersburg performed a unique operation to separate the hemispheres of the brain so that Umar would no longer suffer from epilepsy.
After the operation, Umar retained his motor functions, but he had minor problems with short-term memory and his eyesight deteriorated significantly.
To restore the lost vision, the ophthalmologist prescribed the boy special glasses with complex lenses.
His mother is raising the boy and his younger sister alone, so she does not have the financial ability to pay for such expensive glasses.
Пусть Всевышний поможет.
