Sabina was born much prematurely. On the 4th day, the baby suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and hydrocephalus, as a result of which the child's visual pathways were damaged. Later doctors diagnosed partial atrophy of the optic nerve, strabismus, nystagmus.
It is known that children's brains are very plastic. If you constantly stimulate the optic nerve, correct strabismus, you can achieve good results.
Every three months Sabina undergoes rehabilitation in the rehabilitation clinic. Thanks to these treatments, Sabina can currently see about 40% of objects and the environment. The further prognosis is favorable. Very soon Sabina will have to undergo a new course of rehabilitation procedures.
Almost the entire family budget is spent on treatment and rehabilitation of the child. The family asks for help, as there is not enough money to pay for expensive treatment on their own.
