It turned out that little Essen is rapidly losing his eyesight. The boy has a disease associated with disorders of the retina, threatening blindness - retinopathy of prematurity. In order to stop the development of this dangerous disease, Essen underwent surgery on both eyes at the Children's Clinical Hospital of St. Petersburg. Now it is important to continue the treatment, experienced ophthalmologists are already waiting for the baby for examination and the second operation.
