The Beautiful Faraway Foundation takes care of lonely pensioners who are left in their declining years without the support of relatives. We collect and deliver food packages to their homes for 34 people. The set includes all main product groups: cereals, canned meat and fish, milk, cheese, butter and vegetable oil, pasta. For low-income grandparents, this is tangible help, and always a joy! In addition to providing nutritional support, the foundation’s employees perform an equally important mission: by visiting our elderly residents, they help the elderly feel less lonely, share their warmth and provide lively human communication! Thanks to your donations and other tubers, we purchased and delivered food packages for 17 people for one month. Thank you!

About the campaign

Lonely elderly people need to be provided with food

Our foundation assists 79 lonely elderly individuals whose old age has presented numerous challenges. Their health has weakened, and they struggle to afford basic necessities, but the greatest trial for our elderly is the pervasive loneliness.

The foundation has initiated a project delivering meals and food packages to the homes of isolated pensioners. Forty-five elderly individuals with compromised health receive daily hot meals from our kitchen, while 34 seniors receive weekly food packages.

Our social couriers bring hot meals or food packages directly to their doorsteps, attentively monitoring the elderly's challenges, assisting with household tasks, and, most importantly, alleviating their loneliness with care and attention.

This project allows us to deliver food packages to the homes of 17 needy pensioners, sustaining them for an entire month. Let's join hands in providing nourishment and support to these lonely elders.
