Recently, our young wards went on a fascinating excursion to Grozny. It was originally planned that the children would visit Nalchik, but unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, this trip did not take place. However, optimism always accompanies us, and despite the changes, we were able to organise the long-awaited trip to Grozny.
The excursion became a real holiday for the children. The first thing we did was to visit the famous Heart of Chechnya Mosque, one of the largest mosques in Europe. Then the excursion continued along the city centre streets, where the boys could see modern buildings, parks and monuments, and visited an amusement park.
We took many photos against the backdrop of iconic places to capture these marvellous moments. The smiles and laughter of our wards did not leave their faces throughout the trip. At the end of the day we had a picnic in one of the parks, where the children were able to socialise and share their impressions.
The impressions and new knowledge they received enriched their world, inspired their dreams and gave them hope for the future.
