Jura was born a perfectly healthy boy and up to the age of 14 nobody could even imagine that the child could have a serious illness. The boy has always been athletic, active and purposeful and dreamed of becoming a military man.
The first signs of the disease appeared in Jura in the fall of 2018. The child complained of constant unreasonable weakness, dizziness, pain in the right footing. Mother drew attention to the fact that her son abruptly began to lose weight. Jaundice of skin and eyes appeared.
Within a few months, Yura was examined in different hospitals and centers, hospitalized several times, but unfortunately, could not make an accurate diagnosis and, accordingly, could not prescribe a correct treatment. In April 2019, a boy in serious condition was sent to Moscow to the Transplantology Center. After examination Jura was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. Doctors decided that only liver transplantation surgery could save the boy's life.
The family needs help paying for the stay while waiting for the operation. A family with many children from the region, where salaries are small, it is difficult to manage to pay for accommodation in Moscow on their own.
The place of residence must be no more than 2 hours away from the clinic for emergency hospitalization. Nobody knows when the surgery will be scheduled. Sometimes, patients wait several months, and sometimes even several years for a suitable organ.
Jura already waits for 9 months.
