Ahmad has retinopathy of prematurity and the boy is undergoing staged surgical treatment for both eyes. The right eye has been operated on, and surgery was also required for the left eye. However, on examination, the examination showed that the ophthalmologic process is stable and no surgery is required at the moment. The clinic is waiting for the child to be re-examined in a year, and in the meantime Ahmad will be seen by an ophthalmologist at his place of residence.
On the parents' application, the funds were redirected to help the child for ophthalmologic surgery. We managed to pay for the surgery of 10-year-old Zhuldyz - the girl had a penetrating eye injury, which caused a retinal detachment. Zhuldyz underwent two surgeries in Kazakhstan, but there was no result. The girl could have been helped in Russia.
Zhuldyz underwent surgery on her right eye, reconstruction of the anterior chamber with removal of silicone oil and pupil formation. After the operation Zhuldyz and her family had hope that the eye could be saved, and all this happened thanks to you.
Thank you for your help!
