Rick the homeless dog had surgery! Thank you!

Rick came to the shelter in 2013 as a teenager. He was a wild and unsocialized dog. But everything changed in his life when his handler arrived. She taught him not to be afraid of being touched, stroked, and eventually taught him to use a harness and leash, and soon Rick went to the park outside the shelter. Now he likes walks in the park, he loves to lie on the grass and bask in the sun. In January of this year Rick began to lose weight rapidly and had liquid stools. We immediately went to the doctor. The ultrasound showed a neoplasm in his spleen. Rick was scheduled for surgery to remove the spleen with the tumor. Let's help Rick get healthy again!
