Emin underwent an examination, passed all the tests, was given the necessary medication and was released home. Now the kidney, which was given to the child by his mother, is not in danger of rejection. And the boy himself also feels fine. He is going to go to school this year - the doctors do not mind: when all examinations and treatment are carried out in time, nothing prevents the child from living a full life.

Emin has had his mom's kidney transplant. The boy needs to undergo treatment to help preserve it

Emin was born with non-functioning kidneys. His mother was told that her son would not be able to live for long. But the boy was saved by the only surgeon in the country at the time who performed transplants on such small, weak children. Emin was operated on when he was only 4 years old. His kidney was given to the child by his mother.

This year Emin turns 7 years old. Thanks to the timely surgery, the boy is no different from his peers: he is very active and intelligent. He easily learned to read and count, and he wants to go to school in September.

However, the results of the latest tests cause doctors' concern - they say that the transplant is not stable and rejection may begin. The boy needs to undergo a checkup (to make a biopsy of the graft) and pick up new medications to prevent it. But his surgeon now works in a private clinic and his mom can't pay for the treatment.
