Thanks to your help and responsiveness, we were able to quickly raise funds to order a corset for Matvey. We made it before he left Moscow, where the child was undergoing a rehabilitation course. Buying a corset was a useful end to the procedures. Since birth, the boy has had neurogenic-muscular thoracolumbar scoliosis of the third degree. This is a severe curvature of the spine. Matvey's muscles are not able to keep the spine straight - they need strong support. Now the boy can straighten his back and learns to keep his body in balance. Matvey recently had surgery to correct the position of his feet. Now the child is learning to walk with great pleasure and enthusiasm. It is much more convenient and easier to do this with a straight back. And mom now has fewer reasons to worry and more reasons to smile. Having solved a small problem, you and I become the cause of peace, comfort and joy for other people!
