Thanks to you Liza lives at home and can breathe and eat without risk for her life. The raised money was spent on tracheostomies, gastrostomies and feeding syringes. For Liza this is the opportunity not to feel pain and hunger. Previously she could choke so much while eating that food would get from the esophagus into the lungs, causing inflammation. Now Liza breathes through a tracheostomy, also the gastrostomy allows mom to feed daughter without fear. These tubes like any equipment require special care and timely replacement.

Mom devotes herself to caring for daughter. To make care for Liza easier, the family was given a bathing lounger and an anti-bedsore mattress. You also helped to pay for a few months of professional nanny’s care. She comes to the family once a week to Liza’s mom rest.

Lisa weighed 14 pounds at age 13. Breakfast, lunch and dinner used to be dangerous for Lisa. The girl could choke so hard that food traveled from her esophagus to her lungs, causing inflammation. Because of the incessant pneumonias, the girl spent eight months in hospitals. Lisa was fitted with a tracheostomy, which helps the girl breathe, and a gastrostomy - it allows the mother to feed her daughter without fear. Like any equipment, these tubes require special care, which can be done at home.

To stay at home, Lisa needs a replacement tracheostomy, feeding syringes, and a gastrostomy. Her mother is dedicated to her daughter's care, and to make it easier to care for Lisa, the family needs a bathing chair, a mattress for bedsores, and a nanny once a week. Lisa needs replacement tracheostomies, feeding syringes, and gastrostomies, as well as a bathing chair and a decubitus mattress to stay at home.
