Sasha is 9 years old. Since 2020, he has been battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The child has undergone several courses of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and a bone marrow transplant. Recovery after transplantation is difficult for him. There are complications in the form of Graft-versus-Host Disease (GVHD) of the skin and liver, acquired medication-induced diabetes, pancreonecrosis, and organic brain damage. At a height of 145 cm, Sasha weighs 26 kg.
Sasha needs to purchase medical nutrition, which is not included in the list of free medicines, and Duloxetine medication to reduce pain syndrome.
Despite never attending school, he successfully completed the third grade through homeschooling. He dreams of becoming a builder or programmer and is already preparing for his future profession, enjoying assembling constructors and learning programming. At home in Novorossiysk, he has a beloved cat named Shantik and a small spitz. Once Sasha gets better, his first dream is to swim in the sea.
