New kitchen equipment will increase the number of meals for lonely elderly people

The “Dari edu” charity foundation has been helping those in need with food and ready-made meals since 2016. We are building our own social kitchens to provide food to more clients and to be confident in the quality of the food. We recently launched food production in Nizhny Novgorod. Ready-made meals of soup, salad and a meat dish with side dishes are given to single pensioners and people with disabilities who cannot stand at the stove. Volunteers deliver aid to their clients personally. A new kitchen can run more efficiently by using a blast freezer. This equipment will allow you to prepare more meals, and improve their quality and safety. We are opening a fundraiser for the purchase of a SHOK-20-1/1 shock freezing machine. This is a professional technique designed for large volumes of products—what is needed for charitable food production.
