We built a play area in the hospital

For 12 years our foundation has been supporting not only children and their parents, but also the Republican Children’s Clinical Hospital, where children from all over the republic and even the border cities of the Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions come for treatment. One of the divisions of the children's hospital is the Center for Psychoneurology and Epileptology, where children with psychoneurological pathologies are treated and undergo rehabilitation. There is a playground on the territory of the Center, but you cannot use it - it is in disrepair and dangerous for children. For Children's Day, we are opening a large fundraiser for the construction of a new inclusive playground for children of any age, regardless of their sensory, mental and physical characteristics. A play space in any children's hospital is not a whim, but an important component of the treatment process. While playing, the child freely expresses any of his feelings and emotions, and this, in turn, affects his general condition. In addition, through play, children learn about life, learn to interact with each other and with the world around them. And this is critically important when it comes to children with serious illnesses, because they spend many months in the hospital and during this time their communication skills in society are lost. Please support us and give the children the opportunity to dream, play and not forget that childhood remains childhood, despite diagnoses and hospital walls!
