Foster parents face many difficulties and challenges. The Foster Families Club is a place where families receive the support of experienced foster parents, the help of highly qualified psychologists and lawyers, where they can learn to expand, update and deepen their knowledge, develop skills and abilities, and enhance their parental and personal competencies.
Thanks to your support at the Foster Families Club in Tomsk, 31 events for foster families and children from foster families were held from July to October, including training on helping and supporting foster children with experiences of abuse, child support training courses, joint family outings with club members, and other educational activities. and supportive activities, as well as 124 individual and family counseling sessions by psychologists.
In the period from July to September, 20 events were held in the Komi Republic (for example, the training "Gadgets and teenagers", "Neurography" and others) for parents and children from foster families, as well as 40 individual and family counseling sessions by psychologists.
