The Foundation needs to purchase 40 meters of netting for a fence for the dog walking area. The fence around the dog walking area allows the animals to walk safely without a leash. Since the center is located outside of the city limits, it is not uncommon for livestock from neighboring farms to wander onto the center's property, and the fence will protect the dogs from uninvited guests.
