Thanks to your support, Ibrahim has undergone another necessary surgical procedure

We appeal to all concerned people to help Ibrahim, who needs our support. The young man will soon be 19 years old. At the age of 15 he was diagnosed with a progressive spinal deformity accompanied by pain in the thoracolumbar region. Conservative treatment including massage, physical therapy and physiotherapy did not bring the expected results. The deformity increased with growth. Rapid progression was observed within six months. In this regard, it was necessary to urgently carry out an operation, which the boy underwent in October 2021 to correct the posterior instrumental fixation of the spine with the DePuy Spine system at the level of the thoracolumbar region. The boy is now called for hospitalisation from 21 June 2024 for the next operation.

Ibrahim did not attend school due to his medical condition, he completed only 9 grades. His family of six, including four children, has been facing financial difficulties. The cost of tickets and accommodation with meals for the whole family was becoming prohibitive. That is why they have turned to us for help.
